These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the rr24 platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services available at rr24.app.
Important Notice: Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by rr24 ("rr24", "we", "us", "our") at rr24.app ("the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register an Account with rr24, you must be at least 21 years of age. rr24 strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all Funds returned to the payment source used for deposit, less any winnings accrued.
2.2 Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds.
2.3 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current; (b) you are not registering on behalf of a third party; (c) you are not using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) you are not a politically exposed person subject to enhanced due diligence obligations.
2.4 rr24 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons for such refusal.
2.5 Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. rr24 makes no representations regarding the legality of the Platform's services in any specific location outside of its licensed operating territory.
3.1 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. rr24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Member's failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 Members must notify rr24 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their Account. rr24 may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of a security incident.
3.3 rr24 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate any Account where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) rr24 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) rr24 is required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
3.4 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. rr24 may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by rr24 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rr24 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however Members' payment service providers may apply their own fees.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include but are not limited to: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank, RHB, and USDT cryptocurrency. Accepted methods are subject to change and rr24 shall not be liable if a previously available payment method becomes unavailable.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used by the Member for deposits, or to a verified bank account held in the Member's name. rr24 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 rr24 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Processing times are indicative only and may be extended where compliance review is required.
4.5 Funds held in a Member's Account do not earn interest. rr24 holds Member Funds in accordance with its licensing obligations and they are not commingled with rr24's operational funds.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount applies.
5.3 rr24 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a Member's bonus entitlement where rr24 reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system, use of multiple accounts, or collusive betting behaviour.
5.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value unless converted through completion of applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Each game category on the Platform — including but not limited to live dealer casino, sportsbook, and slots — is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing bets.
6.2 All digital (RNG) games on the Platform use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently certified by a recognised testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during live play, rr24 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the Member's Account. rr24 is not liable for losses resulting from such technical issues beyond the return of the original stake.
6.4 rr24 employs game integrity monitoring systems. Any bet or series of bets identified as exploiting a software error, odds feed delay, or system vulnerability will be voided. Winnings arising from such exploitation will be forfeited and the Account may be suspended.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr24's total liability to any Member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.
10.2 rr24 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.3 rr24 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions.
11.1 rr24's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the rr24 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 rr24 may be required to share Member data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions as required by applicable law or as part of its compliance obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of rr24's confidentiality obligations.
12.1 rr24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact rr24 support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining Account balance.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rr24 holds its gaming licence.
13.2 rr24 maintains an internal dispute resolution process. Members with a complaint should first contact rr24 customer support in writing. rr24 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
13.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, Members may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by rr24's licensing authority.
